HOW TO MAKE TIED FLEECE BLANKET
STEP 1:
Lay the two pieces of fleece, wrong sides together, on the table or floor.
STEP 2:
Cut the selvage off the fleeces. The selvage is the edges of the fleece. If you purchased fleece for the blanket, you may have to trim the sides to make the two pieces of fleece the same size.
STEP 3:
Cut a 5" square from all four corners.
STEP 4:
Make the fringe by cutting 1" strips 5" long on all sides of fleece. Note: Some kits have marked lines showing there to cut.
STEP 5:
To tie the blanket, take two 1" strips which are on top of each other and tie in a double knot.
STEP 6:
Continue tying all the way around the fabric.
The soft, cozy blanket is complete.
