Step 4: Weave in Yarn Tails
Thread the yarn tails onto a tapestry or yarn needle. Weave yarn tails into the scarf.
Trim the yarn ends with a scissor.
Step 5: Create Fringe
Lastly, add some fringe to the short ends of the scarf.
Cut a piece of yarn 4" long. Fold the yarn in half with the ends together.
Take a crochet hook and put it through a hole on the the scarf along the short end. Loop the 4" yarn around the hook and pull it through to make a loop.
Loop the ends of the yarn across the hook and use it to pull the yarn ends through the loop.
Pull the ends so the loop tightens. Add more fringe across the short end of the scarf.
The scarf is ready for your doll to wear!
