SUPPLIES NEEDED:
- White Plastic Grocery Bag
- Black Marker
- String
- Scissor
- Lollipops

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
For each lollipop ghost, cut two 9” squares from the white plastic grocery bag. Two layers work better to cover the lollipop. ![Lollipop Ghosts - Cut Squares]()
STEP 2:
Take a lollipop and place it onto the center of the plastic bag as shown below.![Lollipop Ghosts - Place Lollipop]()
Wrap the plastic bag around the lollipop as shown below.![Lollipop Ghosts - Wrap Plastic]()
STEP 3:
Take a piece of string and tie the plastic bag securely in place close to lollipop.![Lollipop Ghosts - Tie String]()
STEP 4:
Use the black marker and draw eyes and a mouth on the ghost head. Making the mouth in the shape of an O makes it look like they are making the 'ooooh' sounds. Make both the eyes and the mouth or just draw eyes.![Lollypop Ghosts - Draw Eyes and Mouth]()
